Boarding costs per night, from 1st February 2024.

Open 7 days per week

From 19th December 2022 until further notice. Due to overwhelming demand we have reluctantly made the decision to close bookings for all new customers with giant dogs.

This is because we are unable to cope with the volume of new bookings and are unable expand the facility due to the development issues we experienced during the planning approval.

We will still take bookings from new customers who have small to large sized dogs.

Key Explanations

Peak season = NSW School Holidays, National and State Public Holidays and Bathurst Race Events.

*Two night minimum stay for cats

Single night’ stays with AM drop and PM pickup also includes a Daycare charge and only applies to Single night stays

Notes:

• We offer limited bathing services POA
• We gladly cater for people with physical disabilities.
• Boarding Stay Acceptance is by Interview process only – Dogs with a temperament problem will be refused.
• A pickup and drop off service is yet to be implemented – date TBA.
• We use expensive and non-harmful disinfectants – check this with other boarding providers

Acceptance Criteria:

• Non-Desexed male dogs, over 15 months old, of any breed, will not be accepted for boarding.

Limited Acceptance of the following breeds;

• Bull Mastif – allowable if owner known to the Pet Hotel
• Greyhound – allowable if owner known to Pet Hotel
• Rottweiler – allowable if owner known to Pet Hotel
• Great Dane – allowable if owner known to Pet Hotel
• German Shepherd – allowable if owner known to Pet Hotel
• Rhodesian Ridgeback – allowable if owner known to Pet Hotel

All above dogs checked for temperament to ensure they are able to attend this facility.

Unacceptable Dog Breeds

The following breeds of dog are unable to board at this facility due to our council ‘fighting dog’ restrictions;

All dogs will be checked for temperament to ensure they are able to attend this facility.
